Yes, that's the "ham" way. It is far better to sit in the dark and do nothing 
than contribute anything at all. That must be why so few ever comment. They 
have no thoughts or anything to say and take no stand on any issue. 
   If you are for or against an issue as it stands, why not say so?? The ARRL 
has even stated, and we accept the fact that they know all, it is better to 
keep your comments short and to the point. What better way than to say yes or 
no?? But that's all right. What are a few votes either way right????
