[Fists] More on Comments

I was just looking through the (now 139) comments to the FISTS petition for
rulemaking (RM-10811) to see how the comments are going today.

I'm happy to report that, so far, the overwhelming majority of comments
support the petition.

I read with interest the final results of the comments on the NCVEC petition
and it was reported that there were X number of comments for the petition
and Y number against it with a small percentage of the comments
"undecipherable"....I wondered how that could happen but looking through
some of the comments today I noticed a few comments like this:

"I like Morse Code"

I'm not sure that comment is of much value to someone trying to tally the
number "for" or "against" the FISTS petition as one could certainly be
against the petition but still "like" Morse code, etc. My *guess* is that
type of comment will be tossed in the "undecipherable pile".

Be sure your opinion of this specific petition (mentioning any other
petition in these comments is worthless) is specific enough to count.
