Hi Stan

I agree wholeheartedly about the abuse of "R".

However I am not sure that a new prosign is necessary. If you miss
something, then it is usually for a reason (QRM, QRN, QSB) and stating the
reason (instead of "R") should be sufficient both to indicate that the
transmission was not copied perfectly and to indicate what the problem was.
For example:
