Hi FISTS,

I'm forwarding Dennis's answer regarding the awards question posted to
reflector.

Please don't rely on posting a question to the reflector if you have a
question that needs to be answered by a particular FISTS volunteer, as many
of our volunteers don't read the reflector.

No I had not seen this, but the answer is yes you can count them even if
they are not current dues paying members of the club.
