Yep, pretty poor mail service.  I wonder if poor mail service
is why I've received no "ballot" from the ARRL ? 
Maybe, like Jim's QTH in Hawaii,  Newington has lots of sand
to hide ears and faces in these days ! ! !          jim  N5KY
