[Fists] Comments

I was just looking over the comments related to RM-10787, the NCVEC proposal 
to eliminate Morse testing. It appears at this point (very early) that the 
code challenged among us are in the lead and working pretty hard. I also did a 
random cross check of 18 license classes who were supporting the removal. They 
are technicians. But I guess that would be normal. Interesting reading. Some 
comments are well done. Some just say they support or oppose. I guess the 
important thing about this is these folks COMMENTED. Did  YOU???????????????????
