[Fists] FISTS Post Card Poll

Aloha,

My blue FISTS post card voting form arrived in this
afternoon's mail -- on August 30th,  Saturday afternoon
well after the Sat.  mail pick up from Koloa!  Have no idea
when FISTS mailed this out,  but suspect it was probably
in early July,  if not even in June.

Note that to be valid my vote must have been postmarked
by today;  no way that can happen now.  Oh well,  at
least I was included in the FISTS mailing of same.  But,
oh how slow "last class" mail is to the outer islands
of Hawaii.

Look forward to the FCC posting the FISTS petition for
comment;  that I can comment on and not have to
depend upon the USPS!
