When an expert contester sends 599, it means 599.

Generally you can program the software to accept any signal report, or you can
over-ride it.  If not, your software author was not "expert".

Sending everything twice takes twice as long, and guarantees your score will be
lower than if you sent the info only once, giving occassional fills as needed.
