Well, Ken.....If past results are any indication of what is to happen, I 
would say the deal is done. As far as anyone commenting, you will be lucky if 
1 percent of the CW operators takes the time to send any comment to the FCC. 
We have gone thru this before here, and only a few will take up the call, and 
I fear many of those few have given up for lack of unity on the part of 
others. Sorry.....look at the history from when the "dumbing down" started 
with the code reduction proposed by the FCC, up until the current issues. 
Many even stated right here on this reflector that it "couldn't happen." The 
beat goes on as we sink into the one class license that comes in the box with 
that new transceiver, the bands are wide open, and chaos is king. Witness 
what goes on now on the ham bands, CW and phone. If someone had told me in 
the 60's that hams would be engaged in this kind of operating, I'd have 
thought they had lost their minds. I feel I am very fortunate to have been a 
ham before all this started as new operators will never know what it was like
