Hi Henry -

I am doing a little bit of the same thing. The best way I've found is to
work with my very patient code buddy on the air. The best advise I ever
got about learning cw was"just get on the air and don't worry about
screwing up - do a least one QSO a day". Well as a beginner, I'm
discovering the same applies to head copy. Just my two cents worth.
