[Fists] URL Correction

I made a reference to http://hfradio.org/softdown.html - and had a
comma right after the .html - making some software use the comma as
part of the URL.  This caused you to get a "Page Not Found" error.

The correct URL is http://hfradio.org/softdown.html - on there look
for the SNAPmax link.
