[Fists] 15 year award oops

Hi All,

W9YQ pointed out that there is a "lesser" 15 year Certificate award and K4UK
sent me the requirements. Not sure how I missed them before, but they're
sure to be in the next KN, eh?

Anyway, the Certficate requirements seem to be right in the ball park
relative to my earlier comments, challenging but doable even for loafers
like me. :) :)

I'll repeat them here courtesy of Stan:

Requirements for Certificate:

Contacts with and obtain FISTS number from -
A) 10 different FISTS members operating from each of the ten callsign
      areas (0 through 9)- total of 100 contacts.
B) 15 different FISTS operating in Canada
C) 10 different FISTS operating in England
D) 10 different  FISTS operating from a DX country that is NOT England
      or Canada.
E) 15 different Clubs with FISTS numbers (DX or USA)
Total 150 different FISTS member numbers


Requirements for the Plaque:

Contacts with and obtain FISTS number from -
A) 15 different FISTS members operating from each of the 10 call sign
      areas (0 through 9) - total of 150 contacts.
B) 40 different FISTS operating in Canada
C) 40 different FISTS operating in England
D) 40 different FISTS operating from a DX country that is NOT England
      nor Canada
E) 30 Clubs with FISTS numbers (DX or USA)
Total of 300 different FISTS member numbers

* NOTE: The FISTS member number counts toward the area from which
they are operating, NOT the origin of the callsign they are using.

Each contact must be with a different FISTS member. Each FISTS
member number is counted only once, no matter where they are
located at the time of the contact; and no matter what callsign they
are using.
