What about the other operator? Would you stateside stations answer another
stateside station calling cq dx?  The party answering has to use his head
also. If it happened to you there is nothing illeagal or immoral about
telling him dx only.

I also had some of my best ragchews by being answered by non members to my cq
fists call. A lot of WWII vets out there living on a fixed income yet will
pound those straight keys with the best of them.
