Hello FISTS:
Was reading my recent copy of World Radio, when I came to the letters to the 
editor page. There was a letter sent in by another Ham and he states. 
"But...I've noticed when I try to contact another Ham that is a "FIST'" 
operator, they do not want to talk to me unless I am a member, contest or no 
contest." So I said to myself no way can this be, because myself when I call 
CQ I will talk with anyone that comes back to me.

Yesterday I heard a DX station calling CQ (FISTS member) and he stated FISTS 
ONLY. Now I know personally that this is not what we are about. Remember a 
little courtesy goes a very long way
