[FieldDay] proposed FD changes

How do you get folks to come out to Field Day in the first place? This is
always a major problem for me. Folks that make solid commitments and still
don't show up! I'm not against your ideas here, in fact I like them, but
adding the complexity ain't gonna get folks to come out.
I believe if you take away the food....no one would show up...what a
