[FCARC] 30 day notice to remove property from tower

This email serves as a 30 day notice to remove all K8BXQ / Fulton County Amateur Radio Club equipment from the tower shack. This is to be done at K8BXQ / Fulton County Amateur Radio Club's cost. 
This must be done by appointment, made via text message or email only. The locks have been changed and there is no trespassing allowed on the property. If this equipment is not removed in 30 days from Monday September 23 2024  then the radio  equipment will be become sole property of the land owner. 

This notice comes from lack of maintenance, non payment of utilities, and zero communication for years.
