[FCARC] Grumpy- and Channel Hog- designations

Just for clarity, so there is no confusion on the nets or during 
on-the-air conversations, here is the list of designators of the local 
hams that have them assigned, as *I* have them listed in my files, per 
date of acquisition of designator assignment -


Channel Hog #1  -  me

Channel Hog #2  -  Ron KB8VTN

Channel Hog #3  -  Craig 2 KE8QJV

Channel Hog #4  -  Corey KD8QHD


Grumpy #1  -  me

Grumpy #2  -  Craig 2 KE8QJV

Grumpy #3  -  Ryan KC8HDG

Grumpy #4  -  was open but is now assigned to Corey KD8QHD


Anyone else wanting to be assigned a "CH" or "G" designator must apply 
to the local Grumpmeister Extraordinaire and properly explain why you 
desire to have any extra classifications to your on-air excursions.  All 
applications will be sent to executive committee where it shall be 
discussed and voted upon, and the applicator will then be contacted with 
said results of the committee.  Be specific and detailed in your 
application, or it will be bounced.
