[FCARC] HF Receiver Specs defined

Right - there are probably a lot of radios that haven't been touched 
yet, as you can see by the "added/date" postscripts in red various 
places on the list, I might hazard a guess as to why, might be the 
popularity of the radio being tested - I bookmarked the page so that I 
can go back to it later if I need any research on specs.

I just thought that the definitions would clear up any questions that 
were brought up during our on-air conversation, and would help the 
general public with understanding some of the more-developed theory that 
we discuss on occasion . . .
