[FCARC] Swanton Fireworks Update - not assisting

Hi folks,

KB8ELG asked me to provide a quick update on this event.  Since too many of
the club members will be away for the holiday weekend, we will not have
enough people to assist with the event. We have informed the Swanton FD,
but told them we will plan to help with the 2022 event.
