[FCARC] Assistance needed for Saturday at the Fairgrounds

The county EMA has requested assistance from the FCARC members for a
COVID vaccination clinic event being held this Saturday at the Fulton
County Fairgrounds from 9am to 3pm. We are asked to assist local
officials with traffic to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.
Remember to bring a charged spare HT and plan on dressing warm.  We do
have spare equipment and PPE gear if needed. We need to meet at the
fairgrounds by 9am near the Jr Fair Building.
