[FCARC] Covid 19 Testing Event recap

Thanks to everyone who helped out with the county's Covid-19 testing event
today at the Fairgrounds. We had 9 participants which was plenty to cover
all areas needed for traffic and parking. It was certainly a chilly start
to the day, but we had plenty of sunshine and lunch provided. The County
EMA indicated we may be called upon again for future events of this nature.
