[FCARC] assistance requested for January 9th COVID drive through testing event

Regarding the time commitment for the event, it is expected to run until
2pm, but we should be ready to go until 3pm if they run long. It would be
smart to bring a snack along with you. Last, we are planning on meeting at
the Museum across the street until we know for sure where we will be
staging. KB8EG indicates he should be there by 8:30am.
