[FCARC] Building Maintenace

We (KD8KBU, KB8ELG, WB8ZOI, KC8PCU) performed some maintenance on the main
repeater building this morning.  We were able to install the new combo
AC/Heater wall unit we acquired late last year.  We have plans to be back
next Saturday morning (weather permitting) to fix some of the exterior trim
that is rotted.  Anyone who want to come along and help with pulling the
old trim and painting is more then welcome.  We'll head up after breakfast
at the Delta 109.
