[FCARC] Assistance Requested with completed the FCHC station setup

KB8ELG has requested a call to action for assistance in finishing the
antenna and radio project at the Fulton County Health Center.  The director
has offered the following dates to complete the project:

April 27
May 11
May 18

I am fairly certain the remaining tasks are to terminate the ends on the
antenna feed, mount the VHF antenna, test the rig.  This should be easy to
wrap up in one visit.  Please contact KB8ELG if you have any questions or
are available to help the hospital wrap up this project.
