The Williams County Amateur Radio Association is pleased to announce that,  Stan 
Broadway (N8BHL), will be our guest speaker, Sunday April 19, 2015 at 7 pm.  
Stan is the Section Emergency Coordinator for the Ohio Section of the Amateur 
Radio Emergency Service (ARES).  Stan is a longtime ham, and is retired from a 
busy fire/EMS dispatch center near Columbus, OH. He is also a volunteer 
firefighter. His varied amateur radio interests include RTTY, PSK31,contesting, 
dxing and mobile HF.  One of his most notable accomplishments is transforming of 
an RV trailer into a mobile communications trailer.

Stan will be speaking about his vision for the future roles of ARES in emergency 
preparedness and operations in Ohio.  The Williams County ARA meetings in the 
new Williams County E-991/EOC building at 1425 East High St,  (Ohio Route 34) on 
the eastside of Bryan.  All area amateur radio operations and the general public 
are invited to be our guest at this special event.

The Williams County Amateur Radio Association is a member club of the American 
Radio Relay League (ARRL) the National Association for Amateur Radio.
