[FCARC] Emergency Services Net - July 8

Just now realizing this will make no sense to anyone who did not read last weeks 
Net Notes.

KB8ELG and K8JPD will be meeting a second time with county EC officials on July 
9 and would like to demonstrate mobile capabilities on the 147.195/K8BXQ 
repeater.  Please be ready for K8JPD to call a formal traffic net sometime 
shortly after 16:30.
