[FCARC] K8LI VHF Repeater Status

Hi all , while continuing to diagnose the system I found my internet connection to the repeater is not very reliable. Many lost packets have been detected so it is either the network card or my wiring to the shack. I will have this resolved in the next day or so. At this point please refrain from using IRLP or EchoLink as your signal will be choppy at best. You can however use the repeater and please feel free to do so.
