[FCARC] K8LI VHF Repeater Status

Lindsay had the Super Stationmaster antenna installed on his tower this 
afternoon, bringing the VHF side of the 147.285+ repeater back to full 
coverage.  IRLP and Echolink are reported as operational as well.  Remember to 
use 103.5 CTCSS/tone for access.  It might be nice to have some amateurs try out 
the repater and give some feedback on how it is performing.
