[FCARC] April 21 Meeting Notes (correction)

One correction to issue:  The Chelsea hamfest appears to be the weekend before 
the FCARC Hamfest, on June 1.  I am so used to is always being the Sunday after 
our Hamfest that I did not realize the 1st of June is a Sunday, and the ARRL has 
it listed on that day. Anyhow, please make note of it!
