[FCARC] Special June VE Testing Schedule

As a reminder, the Fulton County Amateur Radio Club VE Team will be have
two import changes to our regular June testing session.  First: we are
adding a special testing session on June 4th at the FCARC Hamfest in
Tedrow.  All normal rules and fees apply, and the testing time will be
10:30AM.  Second: the last Saturday of the month falls on the ARRL Field
Day weekend.  To allow for this, we are changing the time to 10:30AM and
location to the FCARC Field Day site in Tedrow (same place as the
Hamfest), the date is still June 25th.
