Representatives:
So far, no one on the Board has heard from people to continue editing
and sales of Auto Call since this was put out to the clubs 33 days
ago. Please check among your club members and get anyone with
interest to contact FAR. Me directly is fine. I am also posting on
the public list.
The scholarship issue of Auto Call deadline is tomorrow. As far as
submissions accounted for: I can account for Update. David is
submitting one article. Al Brown describes the VOA station overhaul.
Dick Maylott did a piece on qsl cards. John Kanode got his DX column
in. John Chitwood has a short essay on his three decades with FAR.
John Johnston's Rules & Regs are expected; ditto Charlie Thompson's
calendars. Still uncertain is one from AMSAT and another from a
major scholarship contributor. Diane Zimmerman is doing the feature
articles: Scholarship Cmte's reports and recipients bios. Hopefully
thumbnails of the recipients on the cover like last year.
Club reports? Only one. Murray Green submitted a GMRA club report
and artwork for their annual free ad.
The FAR meeting is tonight, in Alexandria.
