[FARReps] Test bench at FAR Fest

Chip Weems w4pbg sent me a reminder that the Historical Electronics
Museum Amateur Radio Club will have test facilities at FAR Fest this
year. Besides source and measurement equipment, tools, and extremely
knowledgeable people, they'll have Rohde & Schwarz test gear. Even
if you dont want test results for your gear that are traceable b ack
to international standards, it's worth a trip to Gaithersburg just to
see the Rohde & Schwarz lab gear. -WH
