[FARC] Upcoming public service events

Hi Rick,

I was able to subscribe to the email blasts without creating a Yahoo
account.  I sent an email to fredarc-subscribe at yahoogroups.com, and then
replied to the confirmation email.  Now, I get my FARC emails and I have my
security.
