[FARC] Field day 2016

Hey everyone, I wanted to send out a final note to everyone that we will be operating field day from 2pm Saturday till 2pm Sunday. We have a GOTA station this year which means even if you are not licensed you can make contacts on the air. That also means you can bring your significant other and kids and have them make some contacts as well. 

Part of field day is tracking points for a friendly competition and for every 20 contacts we get 20 points with the GOTA station. 

Even if you do not want to operate come out, hang out, say hi. We have some other special things this year too. We will be in the parking lot at Walmart off of rt 85 in Frederick.

Btw. We are still looking for more operators. We have lots of holes, especially overnight and Sunday. Remember we operate until 2pm Sunday.
