[FARC] FARC Monthly Meeting Reminder

Lou,

We do, I got a very late mail from Ben that says he is interested and
will be at the meeting, and Herb has also been added in that absence of
notification till the last minute from Ben.  So we may have one or the
other drop out, or a members present vote on them both.

Not sure of the direction it'll go till we are there.
