[FARC] Emergency Communications and Preparation

Well, it looks like if things get bad enough I'll be at work overnight tomorrow. Just got the phone call for me to prepare to be there at least 24 hours. And then 24 hour staff duty right after that. Lucky me. Whenever I get a chance I'll check in on the .060 or .730 repeaters to see what's going on.
