My first attempt doing this was with a .PDF file because of it's 
universal acceptance.  However with this same .RTF file content, the PDF 
file and the e-mail exceeded your very limiting 40K.  The PDF file was 
just over 32K.  So I canceled that and tried the .RTF format which is 
far more universal than a .DOC file.  DOCX file are MS's revenue stream 
and not used here.

I'd welcome some other suggestion.  Increasing the .PDF limit would work.
