[FARC] Skywarn Participants Hurricane Earl

All:  I have waited about as long I think is appropriate to see what  the 
forecasters are saying about any impact Frederick County may have from  
Hurricane Earl.  It appears we will see nothing severe (in fact they are  saying 
nothing period) for the next several days... nothing from  Earl.  I caution 
everyone that such a large and powerful storm being  relatively close to us 
can change "in a minute".  Please keep a "weather  eye" for any conditions 
that may initiate a Skywarn Net.
