[FARC] FCC License Exam

There will be two ham fest at the Howard county fair grounds in October. One 
is on 10/3/2010 and 10/24/2010. Usually they have testing at the Ham Fest so 
check that out and good luck. You may find test being held at the  Laural 
Radio Club.
