[FARC] FCC License Exam

Hello All, 
 
I am relatively new to amateur radio and interested in membership in your organization as well as volunteering for ARES/RACES in the area. I have not taken the exam to get a license yet. I am active duty military and moved here to Frederick, MD about 10 months ago. I was wondering is there were any VEs here in Frederick that administer the technician exam. I bought my first radio about a week ago and I'm anxious to finally get on the air and to get involved in the community.
