[FARC] Packet Tutorial

For those few of you who might be interested in Packet there is a tutorial on the web by WB9LOZ Larry Kenney at www.choisser.com/packet/

This site was built from a series of articles from a San Francisco Amateur Club publication "Nuts and Volts," circa 1988.  

Note that this tutorial is old and hasn't had major revisions since 1995.   But the site is still informative especially for those who have no idea what Packet is or how to use it.  

Note Packet still works and works well, but the nationwide Packet network infrastructure is probably pretty much in shambles.  However there are attempts at revival underway and there are some networks out there we can get to.
