[FARC] Tower Permit

Thanks for your note, Dick.

$203 for the permit? Sheesh. This Scot thinks that's a pile of cash for
paperwork.

I have an old crank-up Hy-Gain HG-52 (50') self-supporting tower sitting
behind the shed right now waiting for me to get a permit. Do you think
these stress calcs

sufficient for Frederick County needs? 

Thanks for quoting the applicable section information. I'd called the
county permitting office once in the past, and the gent I spoke to was
having trouble locating the appropriate section. He said there was only one
person in their office who was really familiar with it and gave me a name.
I need to call back and make an appointment this summer.
