[FARC] DXCluster Interpretation

Kirk,

Danny transmits satellite pass information, but I hadn't seen it in a
while.  I'm not sure exactly what is meant by "Station" & "Frequency"
there.  I think they mean that NO44 will pass overehead at 1612 and
AO16 will pass overhead at 1628.  I haven't seen his mobile on the air
for a while.
