[FARC] DXCluster Interpretation

Both NO44 and AO16 are "Oscar" Amateur Radio satellites, which likely 
qualifies them as DX, but beyond that, I'm just guessing that Danny 
K3PDK contacted NO44 via AO16 (?). 

I too await the answer to this riddle.
