[FARC] Meeting Discussion Topic

Kirk,

When I just got my license, I attended my first FARC meeting and Joe NE3R
(then N3PAQ) gave a presentation on QSL cards. It was a great primer for
me. Perhaps you can talk him into giving it again, or sending you his
document?
