I'm in the process of typing these by-laws so we have them in electronic
format in the future.  The copy I have didn't OCR very well at all - but
I don't have the best software.

If anyone has a gmail account or would be willing to get one to access
google documents and is willing to do some typing, please contact me.
This could take me a month or more if I do it on my own.
