I read a great article on how to make a KW dummy load using a coax tee
connector and a loop of coax connected to the two female ends.  I read
it carefully, measured twice, and it was too short.  I checked it again
and again.  Of course, it was printed in the April issue. I wish I could
say I was a teenager and a new ham at the time.  

 

I hate to think what would have happened if I managed to get that loop
to fit.
