[FARC] Introduction and mobile operation question

One thing about 40 meter PSK31, I don't see many people on it.   20 meter 
PSK31 on 14.07015 is where the PSK31 action is, lots of it.   It's kind of a 
"9:00 to 5:00"  band though, not a lot after midnight night-owls on it but 
you may see some European DX.

If you're going to build a PSK31 unit on your own then I definitely would 
make it for 20 meters, 14.07015.
