[FARC] REPEATER CONTROL OPS

Upon review of the club repeater AUTOPATCH PHONE LINES it seems they are no
longer needed/desired and since we are able to control the repeaters
remotely using DTMF (touch tones) the phone lines are an unnecessary club
expense.  

Therefore we need to have several CONTROL OPERATORS who are ready, able and
willing to handle any type of repeater operation problem and take action to
PL or shut down the repeaters- as needed.  

Anyone interested in participating as a FARC REPEATER CONTROL OP is
encouraged to stand up now (please reply to this email).  Training will be
provided free of charge. (hihi)
