[FARC] Quick question

Hey guys,
        I've been kind of inactive lately, what with work and school
and the like.  But I have a small question: I've got a Yaesu HT that
has it's stock antenna- it receives great, but I can't seem to get
hold of anyone even at the max of five watts- I hear them clear as
day, but they can't hear me at all.  Am I doing something wrong?  If
you think you know how to help (with out suggesting I get an amp-
which I may need to do) send me a messege or post on the reflector.
